Dunno what to think re the accusations against Roy Moore; it’s difficult to ignore my profound loathing of the man (based on his track record) in an attempt to be objective.

I don’t know what to believe about Moore, but I do believe that the GOPe would do anything to replace him with one of their own. I’d put more faith in Mitch McConnell’s demands that Moore step aside if he wasn’t simultaneously standing fast with that slime-ball Menendez (who looks like he’s going to walk, following a hung jury).
School shooting up in Northern California today -- 4 dead, 10 wounded. Criminal killed by police. Good.
Makes you wonder how he was out on the streets:
“The rampage began shortly before 8 a.m. when the gunman fatally shot a neighbor he had been accused of stabbing in January, Tehama County Assistant Sheriff Phil Johnston said.”

And the legislature wants to get rid of bail and just focus on flight risk.
