CorporateToolK got an email late last night giving her the option of working from home today (due to the possibility of freezing rain, the expected playoff game traffic and POTUS’ attendance at same).
Most of the schools are closed due to same (despite the fact most districts already used their three “snow days” during the hurricane).
I’m anticipating some rain-related roofing action over the next few days, given SoCal weather. Sure hope there aren’t any major mudslides (but expect there’ll be a couple…or threats of same).
Rain starting to come down -- not supposed to be too heavy in our area today -- looks like the brunt of the storm will hit tonight and into tomorrow morning. But yeah, the roads will be a mess cuz water.

Per the latest forecast I’ve seen, looks like your area is gonna get about 2.25″ total.
Unfortunately, the Thomas fire burn area is expecting almost 3″.
We’re both doing better but still not back to 100%.
