New roof installation went well yesterday, including meticulous clean-up. TBH, I think the crew could give my L.A. cow-workers a run for their money on shingle roofs.
Just realized few minutes ago that it’s Friday the Thirteenth.
After the final walk-through with a rep from the roofing contractor (and forking over a check), we’re off to PMK’s shop to fetch my car. I guess the above cue could represent today’s CasaK cash outflow. 😉
OTOH, we’re very grateful we have the cash to attend to such essentials. (And a trustworthy mechanic we’re right fond of, too.)
