There is much glee in the hallways and cubicles at teh bestest place ever. Much “told ya so,” head shaking, and trembling concern approaching tears. And much anticipation. Much confidence that Trump is done and that impeachment will begin soon.
I had to walk outside yesterday to get away from it. If I had stayed another minute, I would have said a few things that probably would have put me in hotter water than I normally soak in.
It’s crazy how so many people have convinced themselves Trump can be removed via the 25th Amendment that they’re starting to worry about Pence.
Trump got sent to D.C. to break shit; he’s doing a pretty good job so far. Alas, we’re also seeing much about how the sausage is made; pretty damned fugly.
I still think it better to know than not know, but it’s really scary how venal our government actually is. (And it’s almost certainly worse than we’re seeing.)
