I was just reading an article about a study conducted by the Rand Corp., Harvard Medical, and UCLA about workplace conditions. The lead author, an economist at Harvard Medical School, was shocked! that people often have to work on their own time to complete work tasks, or how “pressured and hectic the workplace can be”.
Color me surprised about the surprise of those workplace researchers. 👿
To fulfill a promise made to HoneyLambK, I just went to purchase a safety vest for my traffic direction duties on the Encino Motor Speedway, which commence tomorrow.
I’ll be curious to see if looking more “official” makes a difference in people’s driving behavior. (My default setting is “probably not”; we’ll see.)
