Fatwa Arbuckle: Misanthropologist

Happy Cat-5-urday, Wheelizens!

Hope evil thread kitteh won’t mind that the tuna we have is packed in water. 😉

Latest Larryville forecast calls for a bit over 3.5″ of rain Monday-Tuesday and sustained winds up to 40 mph. Current prediction is that Irma will pass to the west of metro ATL but, of course, that could change.

¯\_(ツ)_/¯

That’s some good news, Fatwa. Looks like Irma is moving west, which helps Miami and Titusville, but doesn’t do much for Tampa.

I hadn’t heard or thought of this song in like 30 years, but it still holds up:

Happy Caturday, Gerbil Nation!
Good morning, Fatwa, and Sven!

Sven’s right, the cat lies. He’s going to demand tuna on a regular basis.

Hardly surprising, Mac, given the dark nature of their souls.

California headlines from the Sacramento Bee:

Audit finds improper taxpayer subsidies for Delta tunnels. Will it halt the project?
More opioid prescriptions than people in some California counties
Will Jerry Brown require public schools to provide free pads, tampons?
Southern California residents will soon drive on President Barack H. Obama Highway
California vows to sue over Dreamers: ‘Trump administration has violated the Constitution’
‘Free college’ is a new rallying cry in California

This state is so f**ked.

Hai, Sven, Paddy and Mac!

I see that Jefferson Beauregard Sessions III has rescinded one of the few good things Obama did, which was to put some limits on the weapons of war the FedGov gives to goonyunized, immunized, dog-shooting, unaccountable tools of the state cops.

So they’ll be getting stuff like bayonets and grenade launchers again. (Not kidding.)

That seems like it might constitute a standing domestic army, but then I’m a radical perennial malcontent.

And it’s important the government save us from putting unapproved substances into our bodies…even if they have to murder us to do so. A few babies with holes blown through them, innocent families being terrorized by over-armed thugs in their homes and a carp-tonne of dead dogs are acceptable collateral damage, right?
