I do not believe that I’ve ever seen the words “ancillary” and “impunity” on the same thread. And on a weekend morning. On the plus side, there’s no cats and and no puns.
I’m thinking a drive over to the cemetery to visit my uncle’s grave and to plant a flag. The only thing on his marker is his name, dates, and Sgt. U.S. Army.
Where I am in confused is to your definition of “content.” Is it anything that is created and then shared?
Yes. Anything shared which could be kept private and only shared with loved ones.
Even though this is technically a public forum, when I share something here it is meant for all of you--which makes you my loved ones, clearly.
But, if I make it into a video and share it on multiple platforms then it is shared content. I realize the fact that the wheel is also a public forum blurs the distinction, but I generally look at wheel like this:
It’s a like having a conversation with friends. Sure, people could walk by and hear us talking, but it’s unlikely.
I didn’t really address the desire for center stage one way or another in my story/video. That is another subject altogether.
Perhaps that is a subject for another story. I was mostly addressing the nature of will, and obliquely, what happens when will is abrogated, also the difference between content and what I implicitly labelled as “non-content.” These are subjects of particular interest to me, especially of late.
The ego of the performer is another subject entirely--one which I didn’t address at all.
We learned that Riverside County was given the go-ahead to open restaurants yesterday, and Orange County today. So Mrs. Paddy and I had a late lunch on the patio of a little Italian restaurant today. The weather was beautiful and it made things seem almost normal. Our server was very happy to get back to work.
Nice. I went to McDonalds a couple of days ago. But although they had opened up their front doors, they were still doing only takeout and drive through.
