Meow Meme Mashup Thursday; yay! (Another fine thread pic, Mac.)
Brenda’s state this a.m. is “not good, not bad but okay”.
Today Jim’s sheduled to reinspect a purported leak at HH-A HOA which was supposedly diagnosed (after our last visit in January) by another contractor with no name(s), methodology or other vital information in their report.
I’m also tempted to start poking at State Farm on Twitter for the scumbag lawfirm’s lawsuit against Jim personally. We’ll see what lawbaw has to say about that.

Happy Wednesday, Gerbil Nation!
Good morning, Fatwa, and Sven!
Fatwa -- I hope Jim is able to document the perfidy of HHA-HOA and that the evidence serves him well in your upcoming legal battle.
Hugs to BrendaK. I know this isn’t easy.
Yesterday afternoon my cow-worker and one of her case managers had a parent meeting, but the parent was a no-show. They decided to reschedule the meeting for this morning, at the same time that my cow-worker has another parent meeting scheduled. So guess who gets to take one of those two meetings? Instead of spending the time doing my own job, I get to do hers.
Jim is taking our amazing foreman with him as a knowledgeable, reliable witness and for his expertise in finding sources of water intrusion which have mystified Jim and me on several occasions.
There were several hinky things in the laughable “report” done by the other contractor (with no licensing for roofing or waterproofing that I could find) which Jim has not mentioned to the foreman; we’ll be curious to get his unbiased “first take” on existing conditions.
Paddy --
Bummer you have to do your cow-worker’s job in addition to your own; that’s teh suck.
Jim and Mr. Gomez took a look at the “leak” at HH-A HOA; they found several, shall we say, serious anomalies when compared with the bullshit report (by others) we were sent.
Someone’s trying to play us for dimwitted simpletons.
This is certain to work out well for them. 👿

It would be a terrible thing if during one of your onsite inspections, you turned up some suspicious contraband like an empty coke vial or something similar.
Some of the ever present background noise is women screaming about men telling them what they can and can’t do with their bodies. It makes me wonder why, then, men are showing up to support these women and why these women let them.
There must be more to it than my simple mind can understand.
I had to wait for a delivery after getting home from The Big Route. about 13 hours total. Then I stayed up for a while, waiting for “the thing” to be delivered. That finally happened around 1:30 pm.
Went to sleep then, woke myself up just before sunset so it wouldn’t feel too weird.

I hope that Jim doesn’t go by himself but takes along a witness or at least records his whole time there.
Brenda is a trooper.
On to work.

You’re a giver, Paddy.

Your hug is “out for delivery” to Brenda. 😉

Shamelessly pilfered from AoSHQ a few days ago:
You should take along a dowser.
Mr. Gomez (foreman) is almost certainly a water witch; he has a sixth sense for the weird ways of it.
I have found it uncanny on more than one occasion over the years. (I’m glad he uses his power for good, not evil.)
Oh, yeah: this guy.
