Sure Happy It’s Thursday, Gerbil Nation!
State testing begins a week from Friday (some schools are already testing), so today I begin a review of the entire year’s worth of material. Let the fun begin!
Sure Happy It’s Thursday here in sunny, Happy Larryville, GN!

Sincerely hope that Mrs. S is feeling better this morning.
And “bummer!” about your stove; any way that you can replace it with one that will work for you immediately and fit in with your remodeling plans for next year?

Maaaaan…what a news day yesterday; Cleveland, Benghazi, Arias.
Well the Kings pulled it off last night to take a 3-2 lead in their best of seven series against the Blues. I’m surprised. The way things are going, and if we beat St. Louis, we’ll play a California team for sure in the next round-either Anaheim or San Jose. It’s possible that for the next round in the West, three of the four teams remaining will be from California.
No, Fatwa, I’m kinda screwed here with the cook top. And it’s turning into a bigger project than I anticipated. Not happy.
Mrs Sven is still sick. Went to the doctor yesterday and he’s got her on all types of meds.
But since the files are loose on the intertoobz, it’s already way too late to prevent teh dissemination of this info. Mr. Cody seems like a pretty sharp young man; I suspect he fully expected such an action and has planned accordingly from both tactical and legal standpoints.
I wish him well. This is already a bit reminiscent of the nonsense re PGP (Pretty Good Privacy) encryption during the late nineties.
I’m sure the rationale that they’ll present will have something to do with export controls, but the reality is that they’re scared sh!tless that ordinary citizens(!!!11!OMGThePeasantsAreRevolting!!111!!) will be able to manufacture firearms that the goobermint doesn’t know about and can’t control.
“The massive 405 Freeway widening project through the Sepulveda Pass is 12 months behind schedule and over budget by at least $75 million, transportation officials said Thursday.”
I’m shocked, especially since a couple of years ago, Mayor Villaragosa heaped such effusive praise on Angelenos for surviving Carmageddon.

Now this is interesting-under what authority can they do this?

Their authority?
“Fuck you, that’s why.”

But that was Bush’s fault, right? Oh, wait…..

I see on FB that Day by Day (http://daybydaycartoon.com/) have already beat me to the punch (comment-wise).
It doesnt seem to take much to throw politicians into a tizzy.
Who could have known?
