Records obtained by Judicial Watch in response to local, state and federal public records requests show that the so-called peacekeepers are part of a large and growing division within DOJ called the Community Relations Service (CRS). Though CRS purports to spot and quell racial tensions nationwide before they arise, the documents obtained by Judicial Watch show the group actively worked to foment unrest, spending thousands of taxpayer dollars on travel and hotel rooms to train protestors throughout Florida. The peacekeepers also met with officials of the Republican National Convention, scheduled for several months later in Tampa, to warn them to expect protests in connection with Martin’s death.
While the actual dollar amounts detailed in the article are small -- by gummint standards -- it’s still bloody fooking outrageous.
Given what a bunch of eeeeeevil conservatives of various stripesproponents of individual liberty sarcastic malcontents we are, perhaps it’s teh NSA Hoovering-up our dangerous and seditious comments about teh weather and current events.
(They probably also think that KFH&BBQ is a nexus for nefarious activities disguised as an innocent purveyor of alcohol and bacon-wrapped appetizers.)
BK and I have been listening to the Zimmerman prosecution’s strident, overly long closing argument; I suspect Mr. Potato Head is not winning any hearts and minds on the jury.
In fact, he seems pretty desperate…wonder if he’s worried about pissing-off Angela Corey if he loses? (I know I’d be a little nervous about the prospect of having a boss like her unhappy with me.)

Glad to see it isn’t just me having 500 errors.
Unfortunately you missed your chance to hear me on the radio. A local radio personality on a Christian Talk Radio station ( the first black owned radio station in the world) called me to offer free mentions of our Wedding Expo (this sunday) if I came to her live broadcast. You know I went. and arrived an hour early to be sure!
Sadly, I had no time to make nefarious noshes of any sort, but I plan to bring some if there is a next time and I expect there will. She is interested in a live broadcast from KFH&BBQ and some local talent showcases.
It doesn’t hurt that when we met I told her about a local non-profit we are helping with a fund-raiser ( I was asking her to help promote it) -- turns out she is a close friend of the woman running said non-profit and was already promoting the event. I am starting to get the whole networking thing.
One more day to go and then it’s the weekend! Work has gotten a bit better but there’s some problems there. Changing my attitude and all that.
The Zimmerman case. I heard today, pundit after pundit, lawyer after lawyer, say how the state did the best job they could with the evidence and the witnesses that they had as if that whole team should get a clap on the back and a hearty f*cking good job to go along with their trip to Disneyland. Fu*k them. The whole point is not to ruin a man’s life, put him in jail, make him raise bail, monitor his activities for a year, and then put him through a show trial with no evidence because you want to appease a certain vocal minority segment of the population. I would say good job, prosecutors, if they had decided not to bow to political pressure and refused to charge.
And that broad running the show, Judge Nelson? F*ck her as well.

I was thrilled and delighted to read that taxpayer money has been used by the Department of Justice to organize “protesters” in FL re the Zimmerman case:

NSA keywords: bacon, militia, avocado, freedom, beer, catering, spooks, cream puffs
Well, yah, ’cause it is a nexus for nefarious noshing.
After my last comments I was getting “500 Server errors” again.
Yep, that’s the one!

Hey guys-
Thoughts and prayers, Mac.
