A blessed Sabbath, Gerbil Nation!
Good morning, RabBiT!

Eastern Standard Time salutations from Happy Larryville, GN!
Hola, RabBeet and Paddy!

Maaaaan…I’m so appalled by the sheer amount of egregiously screwed-up carp our federal gummint’s doing that I’m simply going to STFU right now, aside from again expressing my opinion that I believe we’re on the cusp of requiring Box #4.

If it’s not already too late.

I try not think about how screwed up things are one day a week.

And good morning everybody!

It’s our fault, of course, being uneducated redneck racist rubes that just can’t understand the concept of ‘nuance’.

I think the time stamp is off on our site: Mine says 2:33 when it’s only 10:33 which would mean 1:33.

Again I shudder to think what problems this is causing at healthcare.gov.

Playing with healthcare.gov. I’m over 49 and live Gwinett County, GA. The site is quite different from what it was a few weeks ago. Found a FAQ which states this:

What if I donโ€™t get health coverage?

If you don’t have health coverage at all, you have to pay the full cost of all of your medical expenses. You also have no protection from very high bills. This can mean costs of $50 for a flu shot, or $30,000 for a 3-day hospitalization, or hundreds of thousands of dollars for comprehensive cancer care.

In addition, if you don’t have health coverage in 2014 and beyond, you may have to pay a fee.

That’s curious. Because all those people that show up in the ERs without coverage today I’m pretty sure don’t end up on the hook for the full cost of their bills. And I’m pretty sure that under ObamaCare, that won’t change.

Plus, open enrollment ends March 31; what happens if I need health insurance during the non-open enrollment period?

I thought you were the biggest gerbil of them all, Mac.

Off to do family stuff with Mrs Sven’s family. Sigh. Groan. I should take the advice from a Raider fan off the blog as the Eagles thump us:

“Gonna be a bad one, Nation. Just got to keep drinking. Heavily.”

“Die in the streets like a dog kulak…but be sure to pay your ACA penaltax first.”

Feinstein’s saying that Snowden should have gone to her and she’d have let him testify in private to the Senate Intelligence Committee.

Ahahahahahaha!

They really do think we’re that stupid.

You know, I was flashing through the talk shows this morning and saw Feinstein on with Bob Scheifer(?). Man, they both looked just awful. It was like watching an episode of the Talking Dead.

My Raiders got their butts whipped. Embarrassing. Just plain awful. I really want to get up to Oakland to see my team play in their home environment, but if I had dropped a couple hundred bucks on tickets and then driven 400 miles to see this game, I’d be like really really really bummed.

I hope they improve some time before I’m dead.

Why not just fly from Burbank to Oakland and take a taxi from the airport to the Coliseum? (Or the AirBART shuttle to the Coliseum BART station.)

I hope they improve some time before Iโ€™m dead.

Me too…and may they not improve for fifty years. ๐Ÿ˜‰
