THOUSAND OAKS (CBSLA.com) — More animal control officers have been sent to Thousand Oaks to search for an albino monocled cobra that got loose after biting a dog.
Appreciated your update yesterday and hope it all works out in your favor. Still can’t fathom the fact that you had to wait until yesterday to present your side of the story; hope the “professional interrogators” finishing earlier than they expected, along with their claim they don’t need any further interviews with students, is a positive sign.
Our society has become a basket case in far too many regards, such as where males and children are concerned. (I decided many years ago that if I see a child in any distress which doesn’t obviously appear to be immediately life-threatening, I will simply walk on by. These days, I’d even have to think about placing a phone call to report it. Which is contrary to my nature and upbringing, but the potential for being ruined by “the system” one way or another has become too high in some instances to be a decent human being.)
Bah!

I texted the snake story to Jim -- who lives in T.O. -- yesterday; crude jokes about “nude sunbathing” in his yard may have been involved. 😉
A 6-foot cobra? In Thousand Oaks? WTF?????????
I’m sure “climate chaos” will be blamed in the end. Don’t want exotic venomous snakes invading your neighborhood? Then stop generating so much carbon, serfs.
GNERT
SWMNBN is back on the warpath!
She’s taken to twitter, harassing people in the Decision Research field and their employers. She’s back to creating blogspots, too.
Thanks for the update, Paddy. From the looks of it, NW is not directly in her sights?
Funny, who knew that after years of absence and quiet that she’d still be recycling the same old boring crap? I wonder how Kiva is holding up? And if the stores in Eugene still have peanut butter on the shelves. And Schlitz beer.
Good morning,
Happy Thursday--it is Thursday, right?
Great news for Thousand Oaks:

“I am very disturbed,” Brewer said. “I don’t think there is anything positive about finding a monocled cobra.”
Yeah, no shit.
Sure Happy It’s Thursday, GN!
Hai, Sven!

Olive Iowahawk.
Sure Happy It’s Thursday, Gerbil Nation!
Hai, Sven and Fatwa!
That’s all. I got nuthin’. I’m wiped out.
So many questions . . .
So few answers.
Hai, N’wester! It’s so good to see you!
It is crazy time in Eugene and I need help.
Is there anything any of us can do?
Perhaps. I need to let others know, maybe GNERT? Something’s brewing.
Let us know, in whatever way you feel is best, both what’s going on and how we can help you.
Thanks, but how do I private message you?
Northwesterner -- I sent you a message on FB.
Oh, goody, thank you!
