Thanks for the good praise about BW’s “No!”. I didn’t tell her about it, she gets sensitive to my “trashing” her relatives on teh wheel. I never know if she is going to agree with what I said or be embarrassed.
Yesterday, I was hand edging part of the front driveway & BW was tending to the pool in the back. A guy pulled his car up & got out and greeted me. At first glance, I thought it was Bob. But it was someone that was cruising the neighborhood house-shopping. So I gave him a tour of the house. I swear, I think I have shown the house to more people than Bob! The guy wasn’t ready to put in an offer, but it felt good to have someone appreciate our work.
When we got home, BW had an email from Bob asking for average utility bills from someone that has already seen the house. And then the people that had scheduled to look at it last night cancelled. They wanted to reschedule to see it in the daylight. So all that is good, I guess. At least people are still looking.
Today we get another sunny day in the 70’s. I’ll take it! We got the pool looking beautiful. Not all the neighbor’s leaves have fallen, but we got it clean for the moment.
Hope y’all have a Happy Humpday. Ha!
See ya later.

I hope Trump proposes not allowing any more lemurs into the country--scary looking things.
It’s got to be hard, Rabbit, on BW changing her behavior as far as her family goes, but it isn’t mean-spirited on her part, or uncaring, rather it’s necessary and just plain fair. Good on her and an you for encouraging her. But yeah, I can see how she’d be sensitive about the whole thing.
Happy Wed-nes-day, Gerbil Nation!
Good morning, RabBiT, Fatwa, and Sven!
RabBiT -- hopes and prayers that y’all can sell TMP soon. You might want to ask Bob what he is doing to market the house -- his answer might be informative. How much longer is his contract with y’all? Oh, and give BW a hug for me -- you can tell her it’s for putting up with you (but really it’s for dealing with her relatives).

Hey! I have an easy recipe that really works! No cooking! Not much trouble or clean-up! This is so easy that it is probably already known to y’all.
Peanut Butter Fudge
One (18oz) jar of peanut butter.
One can of vanilla cake icing.
Heat the icing in the can in the microwave for a minute or so until melty. Be sure to get as much of the foil top off as possible.
Use the beaters to blend the entire jar of PB & icing in a mixing bowl. Spread the mix out in a glass pan & let it set. Then cut it into squares.
The recipe I saw had Jif creamy PB and Betty Crocker creamy vanilla icing. I used a store brand crunchy PB & icing. It was pretty good. I had enough that I’m freezing half of it.

Hey, Paddy!
Yeah, BW is trying to figure out how much time is left on Bob’s contract.
I don’t think he is trying very hard. I mean, he gets a cut when it sells, so it is the other realtors from other companies that are trying to show & sell it.
O grabbin’!

Leapin’ lumurs…it’s Wednesday!
Hai, RabBeet!
BW ought not be embarrassed by the behavior of , um, others, as that doesn’t reflect poorly on her…but I understand.
Really hope TMP sells soon.

Ha! I hope there is no shrimp in that sushi.
I’ve never tried sushi. I’ll have to ask my Magic 8 Ball about it.
New computer, just testing, not liking so far.

Do not want.
