Bernie Sanders is kinda growing on me. I disagree with almost everything he says, but he seems more human than the rest of them. I appreciate that he’s not rolling over on the question of the Protection of Lawful Commerce in Arms Act.
Fatwa -- yes, I got a batch of beer going yesterday and it is merrily fermenting as we speak. I’m brewing a Belgian Farmhouse Ale.
In other news, my oldest laptop finally died this morning. For the past week it has thrown a BSOD when I first boot it up, but everything loads successfully on the second boot. I put all of my pictures and documents up on Google and backed up my mail folders to an external hard drive. This morning it wouldn’t boot at all and I’ve spent the past hour trying to boot to CD to try repairing Windows -- it won’t even do that. Oh well, it’s about 8 years old -- can’t expect things to last forever.
Sunday salutations, GN!
Can’t recall how I came across this image, but it was labeled “accidental Escher”:
I got nothin’ else.
A blessed Sabbath, Gerbil Nation!
Good morning, Fatwa!
It looks like another chilly, drizzly day.
Hai, Paddy!
Did you end up starting a brewing project yesterday?
Huh. The Kings blew a 3-0 lead yesterday and now the Ducks play today for the division title.
Mrs Sven just left for another Midwest business trip, so little Sven is all on his own.
And good morning, all!
She didn’t hang a camera on you, did she?
Hai, Sven and Mac!
Safe journeys to Mrs. Sven.
Olive teh video, Mac; that is one baaaaaaaaad-ass cat.
Just got back from Waddlemart, where I must have hit the sweet spot between waves of after-church shoppers…was in and out amazingly fast for a Sunday.
Watching the cat video, I wish that Mrs Sven and hung a camera around my neck if I could have a day like that!
