Funny how the Left always reminds me that the Constitution was written hundreds of years ago by old white slave owners and therefore isnt much relevant to today’s America, but for them, lines from a poem written in the 19th Century, affixed to a statue built in the 19th Century, well that defines America today and always.
Good morning, gentle Gerbils. Doing OK this morning. I had a very bad allergy reaction right after leaving the Doctor’s office Friday. Must be something blooming as I had swollen eyes and serial sneezing through last evening. I was doubling up on my allergy pills, taking one every two hours and it helped as long as I was quiet but it was still bad. Elena got me some Allegra Allergy 12 hour pills last evening and I took one at 7 PM. It worked very well. I was up this morning at 7 because my leg hurt a bit but did not need to take another pill and then slept almost three more hours. What a relief. My voice is still raw and squeaky and my nose is sore but I have still not had to take another pill, so maybe it is over. My leg is a little sore and I got up two or three times in the night to walk around but it is nothing bad, still no complaints at all in that respect. I go back tomorrow to get another ultrasound to check for clots. Thank you again for the good thoughts, I am doing fine.
Glad you checked-in and are doing okay; wishing you a clot-free result tomorrow.

Afternoon greetings, all.
I just seem to drift in & out of feeling low energy & feeling no energy. Ha!
When ever I think I need to comment to someone, I take a nap instead. Now I find that days have gone by.
I was sorry to read about your difficulties, Mac. Between the allergy & leg stuff, this getting old is not for sissies!
I’ve been trying to do too much & paying the price. But at least when I can accomplish a small task I feel that I am getting closer to being myself again.
Tomorrow afternoon is the appt. with the heart doctor. I need some questions answered. (If I remember them haha)
So, I will keep all of youse gerbils in my prayers for the time being. I’ll let you know something when I do…
Good afternoon/evening and good Sunday EveryGerbillyBody.
My apologies to you all for the delay is passing along this message. The only reason I can think of for holding back so long is my empathy meter is so completely pegged, it’s been hard to consider much less verbalize.
Our Axe Murderess and her clan have suffered a triple-whammy.
Kaaaaate-y’s Mom passed Monday, and within the following 24-hour period (or less) the family also lost their dogs Smokey and Cesar.
Kaaaaate-y and her siblings were all able to say goodbye to their mother, thanks to the timely actions of her sister. When I spoke with Kate, the last of the siblings had arrived only two hours previous. Her own clan was starting the journey north that same evening.
I think y’all know what to do from here.
Rabbit, thank you for checking in, and I’m glad you’re starting to take it a “leetle” at a time.
One of my neighbor’s down the street had a heart attack and then a quadruple bypass right after July 4th. At our annual fundraiser in October, he almost smacked me for trying to keep him from hoisting a parcel weighing more than 20lbs.

I was only following his wife’s orders …
Mac, I’m glad you’re healing well -- and glad the allergy monster’s abating.
Sunday salutations, GN!
===================================================================
Hope Mac’s recovering nicely.
BBL.
Good morning, happy Sunday, and thoughts and prayers for healing and anything else.
Flipping through the Sunday talk shows, my, there’s a lot of anger and angst out there.
Hai, Sven!
If the “Sabbath Gasbag” shows want some real anger, they should call me. 👿
A blessed Sabbath, Gerbil Nation!
Good morning, Fatwa, and Sven!
Mac -- I hope you’re feeling better and that you’re recovery is going well.
Sven -- anger and angst on the Left? Tell me it isn’t so!
Pass the popcorn.
Anger and PROTESTS!

Prayers for everyone, asked for and not.
Thank you for passing along the sad news from Kate. Too much! Too much! Be careful yourself, please.
