Glad that we’re not directly in the path of what remains of this week’s tropical storm. It’ll be constantly drizzling the next couple of days; hopefully, that’ll be about it.
Because they didn’t learn from the Gwinnett Braves stadium screw-job (which came with almost none of the touted economic benefits), the county government’s getting ready to squander almost a quarter-billion dollars moar of our money.
$200M on “redevelopment” of thirty-some acres just up the road in downtown Larryville and another $30M on a “Water Innovation Center”. I guess that in addition to being America’s Attempted Pornographer Assassination Capitol, we’ll be the birthplace of New, Improved Water, too.
Here at CasaK, we’re big fans of BRCC’s “Caffeinated As Fuck” coffee. I’d have expected it to be at least a little on the bitter side; actually one of the smoothest coffees I’ve ever enjoyed.

Just wish their shipping rates were lower…
Well I’m tempted to buy some and give it a whirl, Fatwa. I’ll check out the CAF brand.
