Maaaan…several of our neighbors clearly spent some significant money on fireworks; glad it was damp last night. And we got to see some pretty good stuff from the comfort of our front yard; no schlepping, no crowds, no traffic, no annoying urchins. ‘MURRICA!
Went out early this morning to tidy-up pyrotechnic debris in front of CasaK and was pleased we got some overnight drizzle; all of the cardboard tubes and whatnot were well-saturated, so I felt comfy depositing it all in the trash bin.
And we’ve got lots of leftover noisy, dangerous fun.
