They started the first four just before Elena went to bed last night and I think it took almost eight hours. I read this morning it would be 10 to 20 hours before they go again, to build up oxygen supplies and rest. It must be very heartening for the other parents to see the first batch make it. I know this is dangerous and they may lose some but the rain is leaving them little choice but to try this. There are 18 divers, 12 or 13 foreign and the rest Thai.
Good morning, GN!
That thread kitteh seems completely disinterested in teh chicken snacks.
BBL.
That’s because chick-fil-a isn’t served on Sundays.
A blessed Sabbath, Gerbil Nation!
Good morning, Fatwa!
At 7:30 this morning, it was already 83°F. The predicted high is only 93°, but I think that’s going to be passed before noon.
Hai, Paddy!
Fair point re Chick-fil-A. 😉
Hope your AC keeps you all comfy…and that your home is mostly back in order after the recent improvements.
First four boys are out of the cave. What an achievement. The more I read about the situation the more I am amazed by what they are doing.
That is great news!
Happy to read that. Hope everyone else -- including the divers -- will get out safely.
