Apparently, many property managers in SoCal are taking the predicted ~65-70% chance of an El Niño winter seriously; in the past two weeks we’ve been slammed by requests for roof maintenance bids. (That usually doesn’t start happening until September.)
If it is, indeed, an El Niño winter, it’ll fill up all of those nice new catch basins the state of CA wisely built instead of pissing away billions of dollars on that stupid high-speed train nobody will ride (but taxpayers will subsidize in perpetuity).
Is it Teleporting Kitteh Tuesday already?
G’day, GN!

Oh well…it’s opportunity. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Tuesday. Ugh.
Hi Fatwa -- I didn’t know they were predicting a wet winter out here. Good on you guys for the extra work heading your way.
Safe travels, Paddy.
Hai, Sven!

Oh, wait…
Heh. Yeah, we suck. I look forward to the day when I can honestly say I used to live in Cali.
