Got a call last week re an HOA we reroofed in 1996 and last did some maintenance on in 2007. (They were sort of assholes after the roof was done re several issues which had nothing to do with our work; I’d forgotten about that until I started looking through old records.)

Sven -- I’m glad to hear there are no fires nearby. I hope they can get a handle on the Cranston fire, near Idyllwild. Fortunately they caught the low-life that started it.
