Mac’s thread GIF demonstrates one way to take out a ghost. (I must admit I laughed…)
Pretty cool that Paddy could see bits of last night’s launch with his Mark I eyeballs from so far away. Really tickled it was such a success; I’m still amazed by the way SpaceX can recover their first stages. (And boosters, when they’re used.)
Yep, it was pretty cool watching the launch. I remember, as a kid, watching launches from Vandenberg. They usually weren’t announced, you just might look in the sky at the right time and see a contrail moving upwards, then if you watched closely, you could see the stage separations, and occasionally, the final destruction.
Happy
ColumbusIndigenous Peoples’ Day, Wheelizens!Fie on that PC crap.

Heya, Paddy!
This is some weapons-grade goofiness about surviving the coming “climate collapse” from a real genius:

A textbook case in Leftist anger.
And Teh Dumb.
Love the way he thinks his restored camper, propane stove and a plastic rain barrel are going to make a difference. Reality-based, party-of-science…
All while forcing everyone else to live in high-density, urban environments.
Yeah…all o’ them crops and livestock that feed them city-slickers’ll just take care of themselves. Because nature.
