Maaaaaaan…after skimming news this morning, I kind o’ feel like our country’s starting to fall apart. Not. Good.
Sure seems like numerous elections have been stolen (or are in the process of being stolen). And that one party -- which shall remain nameless -- is simply rolling over for it.
Also wish we could send CA some of our rain; really hope things don’t get too much worse out there re the fires.
Long day. I held two IEP meetings (Individualized Education Plan), back to back. The first involved an interpreter. This was the first time I’ve had an interpreter that did simultaneous translation -- U.N. style -- rather than speak a bit, translate, speak some more, etc. It took a little bit of getting used to, since everyone heard everything. 11th grade student who transferred after the start of the school year, has earned almost no credits, and is spending less than five hours per week on their classes. Is emotionally disturbed, but the previous school district didn’t provide any sort of mental health services. Now we have to go through a long process to add psychological counseling. If the other school had done their job, this kid would have had counseling services from the first day he enrolled, and might be doing better.
Happy Cathouse Wednesday, Wheelizens! 🙂

Criminy, I’m seriously bummed this morning.
¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Good morning and happy Wednesday, GN.
I’m with you, Fatwa. Take the day off and listen to some good music.
Poof
Good morning, Paddy.
Happy Wednesday, Gerbil Nation!
Good morning, Fatwa, and Sven!
I think the thread-kitteh has a different understanding of “bird feeder”.
