Sven -- the head’s just fine, thanks for asking. I learned after the first beer festival that I attended that you just taste, then share it with someone else. If it’s nothing special, just pour it out. If it’s really good, then maybe finish the entire 2 oz. pour. You also have to make regular stops at the water cooler.
