Merry Christmas, Fatwa, and Sven!
Evening services were good (both mine and Mrs. Paddy’s). I got to see a few people who I only get to see when they come back home for the holidays. Dinner last night was excellent -- New York steaks seared, topped with Roquefort, wrapped in puff pastry, and served with a port wine sauce. Looking forward to this afternoon/evening. There will be 14 or 15 of us (not sure if someone’s plus one will make it), lots of food and drink. The prime rib is waiting for its dry rub, then its place on the grill.
