I wonder if that bacon was cooked in an air fryer?
Teh Older, Teh Younger, a few friends, and I went on a brewery crawl yesterday. Teh Older organized the event and selected 8 smaller, local breweries to try. We tried 73 beers (a few were actually meads) over the course of 9 hours. That may sound like a lot, but we got a 4 ounce taster of each, and shared them. It works out to less than 4 beers per person over that 9 hours, so there were no concerns about safe driving. While every brewery made good beer, some were outstanding, and some were just fine, but nothing special. It was also interesting to see the different styles that each brewery adopted and their interpretation of standard beer styles.
Even ‘tho I rarely drink beer, I’m glad to see the explosion of breweries across our country. Not sure why; part of it is seeing people turn a hobby into a (hopefully) successful business.
Jim teh Roofer said his boys put him on to a brewery near his house in Camarillo which he quite enjoyed; I look forward to checking it out later this year. 🙂
A blessed Sabbath, Gerbil Nation!

G’day, GN!
Hi, Paddy!

Man, what an ugly playoff game. The Rams played poorly, the officials stunk on ice, and why in the world would you allow fans to blow whistles?
