It’s Thursday, so the waters must be rising around the Trump presidency. Just finished the first chapter of VDH’s book on Trump -- a good recap of how much the left really hates us.
I don’t know if you’ve heard about the college admission scandal that has snared some of the rich and powerful. It turns out that two of the parents on the list of those indicted are/were on the board of trustees of the high school Teh Older and Teh Younger went to. One has stepped down, and the other has taken a leave of absence (I think they should have been removed). One of the parents still has two kids at the school. I fell sorry for the kids, for a number of reasons.
See that there’s some rain forecast out there next week; teh yay??
Yeah, the left hates us…just slightly less than the “right” establishment.
The college entrance payola scandal isn’t particularly surprising to me; “legacies” have been around forever. But I think that there are better uses for those LE resources.
Interesting that I haven’t seen CalTech or MIT on the list of schools which have gotten caught-out.
Meh-eh-eh-eh-eh-eh-eh! 😉
Happy Thursday, Wheelizens!
With a bit of luck, I hope to be current on JimCo paperwork by the end of the day tomorrow. (Which would be nice as I’m tired of being so stressed.)
Here’s hoping both you and Paddy get all your paperwork done -- no rain in the forecast, but some strong winds have kicked up. I kid you not.

Sure Happy It’s Thursday, Gerbil Nation!
Good morning, Fatwa, and Sven!
Sven -- yes, they do. They really and truly do.
Fatwa -- good luck on your paperwork. I finished my evaluation paperwork, now I need to catch up on the normal paperwork. It’s never-ending.
