Last I heard yesterday, we’re finally going to get Mrs. Shyster’s roof -- and related issues -- sorted-out today and tomorrow. She’s called me several times over the past few weeks for scheduling updates and it’s been more than a bit difficult to resist pointing out that we’d have fixed her damned roof six weeks ago but for her foolish behavior.
Day two of testing is in the books! The student struggled with the long, involved word problems (read through these two paragraphs of instructions, 8 paragraphs of story and info, then answer these math questions), and pretty much blew off the question where you had to explain if a statement was true or not, using both words and numbers.
I get to do it all again next week, with two siblings.
Top o’ teh mornin’; middle o’ teh week, GN!
Wonder WTH the thread bunny’s getting up to…
May today go at least as well, Paddy.

BBL.
Discretion. Valor. Money.
Another day -- another Constitutional crisis.
Hi, Fatwa. Happy Wednesday, GN! And good luck today, Paddy.
Happy hippity-hoppity-rolly Wednesday, Gerbil Nation!
Good morning, Fatwa-Teh-Valorous, and Sven!
Thanks for the good wishes. I know what to expect today, so that makes things better.
Sven -- each Constitutional crisis that we survive drives the Statists farther ’round the bend.
Fatwa -- good luck with Mrs. Shyster’s roof and Mrs. Shyster.
