I’m waiting for the MSM to connect the dots between this: “Black Lives Matter co-founder Patrisse Cullors is being called out as a “fraud” for buying an expensive home in an overwhelmingly white, secluded area of California. The 37-year-old “trained Marxist” bought a $1.4 million, 2,400 square foot house in Topanga Canyon, where 88 percent of the population is white and less than 2 percent is black.”
And this:”A suspected arsonist was on the loose Sunday morning after igniting a brush fire in the Pacific Palisades area of Los Angeles County that has spread to more than 800 acres and is threatening homes and prompting mandatory evacuations in one of the most expensive neighborhoods in the region. Residents of at least 500 homes, many of them multimillion-dollar residences, in nearby Topanga Canyon were ordered to evacuate on Saturday evening, according to the Los Angeles County Fire Department.”
All kidding aside, it doesn’t bode well for us when there’s no wind, temperatures in the 60’s, cloudy with drizzle and high humidity, and a fire grows from one acre to almost 1500 acres over 4 days. Unless they are letting it burn now as kind of a controlled burn,but that hasn’t been reported.

We picked up Teh Older from LAX last night -- what a mess. It only took 45 minutes to get from home to the cell phone parking lot, then 30 minutes to get from the parking lot to the terminal. On top of that, his flight was delayed, so we didn’t get home until 1:00 a.m. I am one tire Gerbil.
There’s been lots of drama going on with the management of some apartments that Mrs. Paddy’s side of the family owns that has been a major source of stress. There have been busses that people have been thrown under, family dynamics, and lack of communication involved. Mrs. Paddy and her sister have been trying to bring all the parties to the table and fix some of the problems, but it’s an uphill battle and may not end well.
