I hope that Mrs. O’F doesn’t have too difficult a time writing Cindi’s eulogy; so sorry all o’ y’all -- and Cindi’s family / friends -- have to cope with her passing.
I’m sure the eulogy will be perfect.

Yesterday was an “HOA headache-free day”; cheers for the thought.
Hope your preparations for guests tomorrow got off to a good start.
I think you’re right about PhuD’s behavior being “ahead of the curve” of what’s currently acceptable. Fffffuuuu…
I, too, hope Dipsy and Denny are well. I met Dips for dinner several years ago when I was in SoCal, which went as well as meeting Wheeliznes RW always seems to. And DennyCrane! was very helpful when JimCo got sued.
dv8 (and Harper!!1!) --
Bummer the papers were late this week and that your bride wasn’t feeling well enough to accompany you on Teh Big Route.
“Luke Crywalker”…hyuk!
Or I guess I should say: Happy Thumpin’!!L
ICWYDT, sir. 🙂
I’ll be curious to see how SackO’SugarK copes with the “dialing-in” process, as a wee bit of it will necessarily have to be at relatively high SPLs. (I should probably avoid doing that phase during nap time.)
Happy Caturday, Gerbil Nation!
Good morning, Fatwa, and dv8 (and Harper!)!
Fatwa -- glad you had an HOA headache-free day. I hope setting up your new rig goes well.
Pete came over for dinner last night and Mrs. Paddy was able to get some information for Cindi’s eulogy. We spent the evening talking about whatever came up and it almost seemed normal -- just missing one person. I suggested that it would be good if everyone could get together in a non-public place, let the wine and beer flow, and share stories and remembrances. It would be a time to laugh and cry and share our love for Cindi and one another. He liked that idea.
Huh. If this were a white militia group, it would be breaking news and further evidence of white supremacists/extremists trying to further the insurrection that Trump started on January 6. Sadly for the msm, this is a black militia group, so my bet is on zero news coverage -- it will be a “local” story.
Just like the rabbi who was stabbed in Boston a couple of days ago by a rather swarthy looking chap with a Muslim name was relegated to “local news”. (Wherein the arrestee’s name was not mentioned nor were there pics; found his ID and photos at a British site.)
Additionally, none of the “local” stories mentioned perp-boy also had a gun.
Keeping to the night schedule makes the work days easier but it’s pretty lonely.
I finally own one Monero (XMR) coin. I joined the WSB *Wall Street Bets) Telegram group, and found out which exchange lists it in the US.
I also was eligible for an airdrop of WSB coins, but the learning curve for me was too steep, and I only had a couple of days to participate. so I missed my chance there.
Just like a lot of new coin offerings the price drops right away anyway as some people just sell them.
I still don’t know basic crypto fundamentals (Staking, posting, etc.) I know what mining is in theory, but I’ve never tried it and if I did, I don’t know where to go from there.
But I can still buy on exchanges. I now have Kraken (for Monero) and Uphold (which is linked with brave so I get free crypto.
Happy “Let Sleeping Kittehs Lie” Caturday, GN!

That’s a good idea, Paddy. Glad your friend liked the idea.
I concur that’s an excellent idea; glad Pete is on-board with it.
Good morning, Fatwa, Dv8, and Paddy -- hope this day finds you and the rest of the GN doing well.
Cooling off for a few minutes and flipping through the news. This article caught my eye: https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/crime/11-heavily-armed-men-claiming-to-not-recognize-our-laws-in-custody-police/ar-AALJgPh?li=BBorjTa

Nothing to see here, move along.
