Jim got a call yesterday from the arbitration company we filed our demand with. The individual who phoned told Jim that they couldn’t take the case, because a) neither side has “representation”, and b) JimCo’s contract specifies the American Arbitration Association.
Jim immediately called our Lawbaw (who recommended this particular company); he told Jim this makes zero sense. In fact, their demand form has a damned checkbox for using “American Arbitration Association rules”.
Jim called this company back -- per Lawbaw -- to get clarification and we’re currently awaiting their response.
WTFingF?!?
My first guess is that someone from HH-A HOA made claims to the arbitration company that aren’t true, as they’re already verifiable prevaricating shitbags and extortionists.

Fatwa -- I’m sure it came as a surprise to Jim that he doesn’t have representation. It will be interesting to hear what kind of a story the arbitration company comes up with.
Stuff likes this makes me wonder what we, as Americans, have become. Not just as Americans, but as men. Here’s a grown gay man playing in one of the most violent sports in the world, and he’s so distraught by words, words -- not actions, that his head coach wrote as insults years ago that he has to take some time off.
“Yet the last person I would try to reach out to right now is Nassib. The emotional toll of coming out and reading reports of your head coach calling the commissioner of the NFL a “faggot,” and Michael Sam a “queer,” has to be rough.”
We got a couch in the quest for a perfect couch. This one is a great improvement. A friend helped me move it, and we took our other one and a plush chair we had and donated it the same day. It was an ordeal, but it’s over now.
Big route tonight. Long day tomorrow with the Hvac people. I anticipate getting very little sleep.
