Brenda’s “pretty okay” this morning; the new prescription we had to chase down on Friday seems to be helpful thus far, so yay!

It’d be a real shame if certain HH-A-involved parties were to ingest some sweet tea flavored with ethylene glycol as part of their festivities tomorrow. 👿

A blessed Sabbath, Gerbil Nation!
Good morning, Fatwa -- I see you came in while I was slow-typing.
I hope all y’all are having a wonderful day.
I spent part of yesterday building a new mailbox post. Today I’ll stain and waterproof it and maybe work on digging out the old one. I used lots of concrete, so that should be fun.
I see that Gavin Newsome has signed a bill to reduce single-use plastics in California. It imposes reduction standards, along with recycling mandates. Given that there is no meaningful recycling of most plastics, that sounds an awful lot like a ban to me.
I couldn’t find a copy of this video without the “overlay”, but notice how Hairgel Boy points the muzzle at the camera when he puts it down, violating basic weapons safety.
Love being lectured by complete ignoramuses.

Good morning, Fatwa, and Paddy -- happy Sunday, GN! Glad to read that Brenda is in the OK zone.
Fatwa: my understanding regarding bolded text on teh wheel is that messages formatted in that fashion are forwarded to ZOG for review and action.
Paddy: Gavin and the left out here are surely prolific. Stupid, but prolific. I hadn’t heard about this new law, but this paragraph from an article describing it caught my eye:
The pandemic increased the demand for single-use plastic and for a time stalled the fight against plastic waste. Amid concerns about the spread of Covid-19, California briefly suspended its ban on plastic bags and some local governments prevented shoppers from bringing reusable bags in stores.
“Briefly” has been for the last two years and I haven’t heard about grocery stores phasing that out.
Sunday greetin’s, GN.

Dunno why part of my previous comment is bolded.
¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Glad to hear that Brenda is okay and that the new prescription seems to be working.

Didn’t quite make it to church this morning.
Watching DuckHK and looking at memes.
