even though I reversed my schedule and got up in the morning a couple of days in a row, I still wasn’t able to get to sleep very easily. I’m not at all sure they got enough data from me, and if not, I’ll have to go back again and hope for the best.
Back home. Study was a bit of a bust, I’m afraid. Even though I switched my schedule around to morning for a couple of days, I still didn’t really get to sleep. FitBit said 5 hours and crappy score of 69. Actual scientific equipment said I slept for 1.5 hours. Maybe not enough for a proper diagnosis, and no time left over for titration. So I’ll probably have to go in again. We’ll see.
Happy Caturday, Gerbil Nation!
dv8 -- I hope your sleep study went well.
Sven -- I hope your eye has been feeling better.
It looks like it’s going to be a beautiful day for Teh Older’s wedding.

Oh! I almost forgot!
Happy Urff Day!
Bring out those plastic cups, plates, and utensils that you’ve been saving. Turn on your lights and turn down your air conditioner.

Sorry to hear that, Dv8. It seems like a difficult thing to do trying to sleep at all under those conditions.
