This being the last day of June, SCOTUS could unload a few more decisions that will get the left’s panties in a bunch.
From SCOUTS Blog:
We are expecting the decisions in the two student-loan debt forgiveness cases, Biden v. Nebraska and Department of Education v. Brown, and in 303 Creative v. Elenis, the case of the Colorado website designer who does not want to create wedding websites for same-sex couples.
Good news so far --
The court agrees with the states that the HEROES Act does not authorize the debt forgiveness plan.- To be clear, the court has struck down the Biden administration debt-forgiveness program
And
The Court holds that the First Amendment bars Colorado from forcing a website designer to create expressive designs speaking messages with which the designer disagrees
It’s been a good couple of years for the right side from SCOTUS. Let the tears flow from the left along with their wailing. F*ck ’em.
Good morning, GN.

I’ve been tellin’ people for a long time that the court appointments are the most important part of the executive branch’s job.
This is one area where The Donald excelled.
It’s the most far-reaching thing he did do and quite possibly the most important.
Excellent! Nice to see some good news. Thank you.
Managed to get through it. Schedule still kinda flipped the wrong way, but I did get kind of a crappy nap before work last night.
Noticed that non-tor browsers worked for the Wheel again. Hard to say how long that will continue this stretch.
9:49 am I guess I’ve put off sleep long enough.
Good night, Dv8. Sleep well.
