The Kari Lake bribery attempt. I wonder a couple of things. 1) Why and how was it recorded? Does she record every conversation she has, or was she expecting something like this to occur and set it up? If she expected it, then her responses were likely tailored to put herself in a good light. 2) Where and when was it recorded? 3) How was it released to the press and by whom? 4) Is there something criminal here? 5) Is it real? With the advent of AI, could it be completely fake?
Happy Wednesday, Gerbil Nation!
Good morning, Sven!
In re: Kari Lake -- Arizona is a one-party consent state as far as recording conversations goes. It could be that she began recording when the nature of the call became clear. We definitely need some answers, but who do you trust to provide them?
I mentioned that I saw my friend over the weekend -- the one whose wife passed away last year. Sadly, he’s developed his own health problems, ended up in the ER Monday, then admitted to the hospital, but is supposed to be released today. Has heart trouble -- needs an angiogram and then they will go from there.
Good morning, GN.

Interesting, nonetheless.

I’m sorry to hear that, Sven. I hope your friend can get his heart problems taken care of.
