We used to have problems with rats eating at our bird feeder. We solved that by bringing it in at night. Now we have a squirrel that wants to suck the feeder dry. I tried adding cayenne pepper to the seed, but that didn’t do anything. Next we’ll try adding some non-preferred seed, like nyjer and safflower to the mix.
