I’m starting to get the measure of my new boss. The type of manager that when you raise an issue and ask what should we do about it, his stock response is “What do you think we should do about it?” The type that when you are the first one to respond to something, it gets assigned to you.
A crew that feels it is well treated and appreciated, even if the pay is not great, is such a valuable asset. It is too bad so many don’t seem to see that.
I need to remember that it’s a job/paycheck. I’ll go an extra mile for the user community, but for this guy I’m going to avoid him as much as possible.
Much screaming from the house across the street -- I think some type of snake encounter. I walked to their driveway and they seem to be talking, so no need for me to get involved.
I’d like to snark on the thread pic, but the cat is too darn cute. Damnit.
Happy Wednesday, GN.
Yes, that would make my print jobs late, I think.
Happy Wednesday, Gerbil Nation!
Good morning, Sven, and Mac!
Yeah, I wouldn’t be able to interrupt that cat nap, either.

That does not sound good.

That must have been an odd experience.
I’m learning with some of these neighbors that it’s best not to ask too many questions.
I bet!
