Happy Sunday, GN. The real start of the NFL season begins today. I’m not excited about it, but it might provide some distraction from the rest of the bullshit going on.
The Dick Cheney Harris endorsement is funny. Trump is the great threat to democracy, but the 1) Bogus charges against Trump brought by the Brandon administration, and 2) The elite’s coverup for years of Brandon’s cognitive decline, and 3) The unprecedented changing of presidential candidates by the dems -- none of these were threats worthy of comment.
Isn’t it amazing, he said sarcastically, how all the prior actions of the current and prior administrations that clearly violate the Constitution are not only not threats to democracy, but also not worthy of comment? It’s almost as if the status quo is what the DC elite want.
Many of the family go to her church. She’s known him since he was born.
They didn’t do as well yesterday as they did the week before, which is surprising since the were playing NAU. Noah was trying to throw to more of his receivers than he did in their first game against New Mexico. In that game he went 19/31 with 10 of those passes going to his good friend Tetairoa. Yesterday he went 18/26 with only 2 passes to his friend.
On the other hand. I wonder how the rank and file folks felt while any other civil war was going on? Did they notice? Were they aware? Did razor focused perspective only come later? If we’re in the middle of it now, do we really see what is happening?
Came across some Walt Whitman this afternoon -- thought to share.
“Love the earth and sun and the animals, despise riches, give alms to everyone that asks, stand up for the stupid and crazy, devote your income and labors to others, hate tyrants, argue not concerning God, have patience and indulgence toward the people, take off your hat to nothing known or unknown or to any man or number of men, go freely with powerful uneducated persons and with the young and with the mothers of families, read these leaves in the open air every season of every year of your life, re-examine all you have been told at church or school or in any book, dismiss whatever insults your own soul, and your very flesh shall be a great poem and have the richest fluency not only in its words but in the silent lines of its lips and face and between the lashes of your eyes and in every motion and joint of your body.”
Nice. One complaint I have with a lot of live performances (not singles/albums produced from live performances) is the vocals are often drowned out by the instruments. It’s like the guys at the sound board aren’t actually listening to the audience feed.
Thread pic -- yeah, cats don’t use napkins.

“…cats don’t use napkins.”
Sure they do!

I have nothing to add there. Clownworld.
Hey Dv8! Hard to understand without just accepting that these aren’t mistakes, but rather clear lies and corruption.
A blessed Sabbath, Gerbil Nation!
Good morning, Sven!
Mrs. Paddy has become a fan of University of Arizona football -- she knows the quarterback -- so that’s what we watch.
oh that’s fun!
Family friend? How’d they do Saturday?

Hey there… I guess this is me saying hi.
I have nothing unusual to report.
Hi dv8 (and Harper!)! Nothing unusual is a goodness.
On the other hand. I wonder how the rank and file folks felt while any other civil war was going on? Did they notice? Were they aware? Did razor focused perspective only come later? If we’re in the middle of it now, do we really see what is happening?
She said she missed me
Normally that would be good
But she’s reloading.

Thanks, Sven!
A nice live cover of Gimme Shelter. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sqHMeANp0ws
