I watched the same format with Charlie Kirk a few weeks ago and it’s entertaining, altho it doesn’t make feel any better about young college kids. This struck me tho during the abortion segment and not for the first time:
MAN: So, I’m a transgender man. I’ve experienced SA, and abortion rights affect me directly. So, if we’re talking about the American dream that you live, why don’t I have access to that? Because there’s no legislation, what, in the history of America that legislates a man’s body, so why does mine have to be legislated? I have a vagina.
In the history of America, how many women were ever forcibly enlisted into the armed services via a military draft and then died in a military conflict? Zero. At a minimum, hundreds of thousands of Americans, all men, were essentially enslaved by the American govt for a period of years and many of them died. If that’s not “legislating a man’s body” then I don’t know what is.
