White people in my department are posting “Happy Taco Tuesday” messages in our department channel -- I’m really tempted to write back something about cultural appropriation, but I’m resisting the urge. Perhaps after a percocet…
I had to take a break from watching -- while I respect AG Barr’s demeanor and presentation, I have an even lower opinion of Dems than before i started watching.
Eating some more of my low-rent fish soup. Pretty much a failure. Tastes pretty good, but even blended to a smooth creamy consistency Harper has some trouble with it. Gotta use Gen-you-wine ingredients, I guess. No getting around it.
Geiseric came up today in a sub comment on a Tim Pool “Timcast IRL” stream. Interesting times. His co-host Adam (who we affectionately call “Soy Jesus”) Is now an almost fully red pilled Trump supporter. And Tim is now saying he will vote for Trump. (These are both kind of Hippy Liberals--albeit with very strong work ethics, so this is a pretty big deal)
For those who don’t know Tim Pool, He’s a kind of politically homeless center leftist who is appalled by the fake news and censorship and so tends to be sympathetic to the right leaning people for this and several other reasons.
Anyway having a conversation about Geiseric and the Persecution of the Roman Church under Leo is pretty interesting. I also learned that I cannot spell “Religious.” All my guesses are wrong, and I have to ultimately rely on the spell checker.
Fatwa: Hope everything is ok with you out there.!!!
Still alive but way stressed; glad I’m homeward bound on Saturday.

Don’t know how I’d have made it this far on the job without half a 10mg Diazepam every night. (There’s an old yenta bastard at the property who will be very lucky if I don’t throat punch him over the next three days. Pretty sure that several homeowners there would be in my corner…)
Hi, folks. I iz in poor shape. Back to the eye doctor earlier today -- the procedure from last week is healing OK, but guess what? Another area of my cornea has torn so another day under the needle with a new bandage and more antibiotics. I wasn’t prepared for that. I asked my doctor WTF is going on and he says he doesn’t know -- that he’s nver seen this before. Yes, my confidence is right thru the roof tongight and my eye feels like it’s filled with chubks of broken glass.
Stayingup for another hour, then a whole percocet and to bed. I don’t thnk tomorrow is going tobe much better. Judging from this past week, I’ll be in decent shape by Sunday and then time to do some serious thinking and research before going back there next week.
