The prospect of no nastygrams to scrawl this week is sort o’ depressing. Oh well…it’s only Tuesday; perhaps things will pick up between now and Friday. 🙂
Not sure why I’m telling all y’all this, but last Thursday, we usually get a supplement which I also deliver, and which makes the Big Route, quite a bit bigger. But… it was missing, due to a logistics snafu. It came this Monday, along with a few extras, so I had like 3 pallets worth with 4 different papers. I guess that means that tonight, I’ll do the supplement along with the Big Route,
Monday is my short day.
I normally go in on Tuesday and finish on Wednesday. and the same on Thursday and Friday.
So I guess that means that Twednesday is going to be like Thriday and I’ll have two longish routes this week.
I’ve only had that happen with gab or gab trends, though I suspect it’s for a different reason.
Gab Trends is a good user driven news aggregator driven by users without any algorithmic bias. I was dubious at first because its base was small and it was powered by dissenter which is, or at least was, not that popular. But, since Drudge has been sold to leftists, I’ve been using it. It seems to be better than other aggregators; Harper swears by it, and her analysis of what works is more rigorous and exacting than mine. So after introducing it to her, and seeing her results with it, I started using it much more myself.
A lot of war movies were discussed in various lists over the weekend, but I didn’t see one of my favorites on any of them: Mister Roberts with Henry Fonda and Jack Lemmon.
I was thinking this morning about how lucky I am to be living when I am. I get up in the morning and the coffee is already made. I’m old enough to remember percolators and instant coffee. Then I can take a shower with hot water on demand. Now I’m not old enough to remember life without hot water, but still, what a luxury.

Morning Fatwa! I take it you’ve got DNS for the wheel again.
Good morning, GN. Last night’s work:

Hello, Fatwa, and Dv8 -- happy Tuesday, GN!
A lot of war movies were discussed in various lists over the weekend, but I didn’t see one of my favorites on any of them: Mister Roberts with Henry Fonda and Jack Lemmon.
I’ve always enjoyed that movie.
Happy Monday Tuesday, Gerbil Nation!
Good morning, Fatwa, dv8 (and Harper!), and Sven!
dv8 -- good luck with the increased work load this week!
Today is already starting out fast and furious -- and it was supposed to be a relatively calm day. Oh well.
