Twitter appears to have “shadow deleted” one of my comments excoriating some jackass who compared Kristallnacht (yesterday was the anniversary) to 01/06. Up yours, Jack Dorsey.

Looks like the Rittenhouse prosecution knows they’re screwing the pooch; probably not in their best interest to repeatedly piss-off Judge Schroeder, but…
From Ace yesterday:
Nick Rekieta summarizes that all of his panel agrees that Kyle should not be testifying, “But he’s been rolling natural 20’s on the stand so far.”
One commentator calling himself “Good Lawgic” says that while ten of the jurors were probably not going to convict before Kyle took the stand, there would be “one or two Karens” who would convict just because Kyle “stirred up trouble” by just being on the streets (apparently antifa and BLM are allowed to do so) and would convict him just for inconveniencing them, and to show that they have Liberal Anti-Racist Virtue. He thinks that Kyle’s testimony is necessary ammunition for the other jurors to “yell at Karen” when they insist on convicting an innocent man just so they can be Respectable.
Haven’t seen enough of what transpired in the courtroom to offer an informed opinion on the above…but it does make a kind of sense to me.

Because I’m weary of shitty politics / news this morning:
(For non-music-readers: what makes this bass drum part for Haydn’s “Surprise Symphony” amusing is there’s literally only one note to be played in the entire piece; the “ff” beneath it stands for “double forte”, which indicates the second loudest “setting” in traditional music notation.)
I get done with my inside work, and do an hour on the Big Route, which covers all the most important and high volume stops. Then I go home and sleep. Then the next evening, I do all the low volume racks and all the hotel and business comps the next night which takes around 4 or 5 hours depending.
Fatwa, I downloaded Nick Rekieta’s nine plus hours show from day 6 when Gaige Grosskreutz admitted he was not shot until he pointed his own gun in Kyle’s face. It was great coverage so I have subscribed and saved links to the following programs. It can be annoying to have the panel talking over the testimony but I like the panelists and enjoy their perspective and discussions.I was showing some of the good bits to Elena last night.
Of course the media misrepresents what is revealed and said in their smearing of Kyle. No surprise but I still wish them an all expense paid stay in Hell.
I don’t have the patience -- or time today -- to watch 9+ hours of Rekieta’s panel analysis of yesterday, but I sure do love that the intertoobz permits such a thing to be done.
The parts I’ve watched have been pretty savage to Binger…and rightly so, IMO. Looks like they avoided putting fatboi Kraus in front of the cameras yesterday.
Was appalled by the Twitter mockery of Rittenhouse for breaking-down on the stand yesterday. (As if any of those bastards could handle what he’s gone through for the past 15 months…after having to shoot three people. Still very impressed by the control and discipline he exhibited during the shootings.)
The trial phase ended today without many fireworks. Closing arguments scheduled for Monday. The state is reserving the right or whatever to call two new witnesses to refute 1) that a police department gave Kyle the body armor, and 2) that he was attending the school he said he was at the time of the shooting.
Neither issue changes what occurred on the ground that night, but if Kyle lied about either it could be that thing where if you believe a witness lied about one thing, you can assume he lied about others. That would help the state with their only approach: that Rittenhouse was a sociopath racist that went hunting that night fully intending to kill someone.
Public opinion via the media is already set on this one and won’t change even after a not guilty verdict -- they’ll just blame the judge.
I was briefly in the Valley today and pulled up next to this beast. It’s a Youabian Puma and comes with $1M price tag. I’d never seen nor heard of it before, but apparently it’s built in LA.
Here’s a song for Gentle Mac before I go to sleep. It’s been a while since I’ve left this one. (You should hear them do Gunga Din & Annabelle Lee!) Good night, Friends.
The latest outrage from the Rittenhouse trial: the Judge said something along the lines of I hope the Asian food we ordered for lunch isn’t late. That’s it’s not stuck on a boat in Long Beach.
I read somewhere that someone didn’t like his ringtone, either. Pffft.
Now I hate to go to sleep with such fine company here, Sven, but needs must. Good night, Sir.
Good Morning. Linux Rob says he was in Twin Falls, last night. So he’ll be home some time today.
It was nice having him here for a little while.
And some time last night I went into TOR mode again. Only my suddenlink connexion gives me trouble. It’s okay on TOR of course, but also on Verizon.
Any hope he will be moving out this way? Please tell him I wish him the best.
he would love to move back to AZ.
He doesn’t have the means to move at present.
Oddly, we have some land that he would love to live on. It’s actually land that only he could love : )
As a friend of mine said, when we went to look at the land. “Well…… it’s not the end of the world… but you can see it from here.”
And I will tell him.
Thursday greetin’s, GN!

I got it.
I was curious so i clicked on the score before reading your explanation.
It took me a while to notice that it was the “Surprise” symphony.
Then I laughed.
Then I noticed your explanation.
This sequence happened because
clicking on picture
is easier than
reading words.
Well…at least you were surprised. 😉
The Tuesday and thursday shifts have been so long, that I have been finishing on Wednesday and Friday evening for the last couple of days.
It’s much nicer than working a 13 or 14 hour shift.
That’s probably what will happen tonight.
That sounded like I’m working 20 hour days. No.
I get done with my inside work, and do an hour on the Big Route, which covers all the most important and high volume stops. Then I go home and sleep. Then the next evening, I do all the low volume racks and all the hotel and business comps the next night which takes around 4 or 5 hours depending.
So on that note, it’s time to go to sleep.
Good snoozing to you.
Good morning.

Good morning, Fatwa; rest well, Dv8, and hello Mac!
Heh: “Mossad Keeps Resetting Iran’s Countdown-To-Israel’s-Destruction Clock”.

Drive-by:
Just heard the Iranians have raided our embassy in Sanaa, Yemen and taken hostages and equipment.
Along with rising gas prices (and a feeb in the White House), welcome to Jimmuh 2.0.
If only I knew some bad words…
Also just finished shopping at Waddlemart; the costs of numerous items which have been the same price for years are up 15-20%.
God. Damn. The. Current. Government. Of. The. U.S.A. To Hell.
====================
It’s true:
I wonder if the Iranians learned that from watching the taliban?
I was briefly in the Valley today and pulled up next to this beast. It’s a Youabian Puma and comes with $1M price tag. I’d never seen nor heard of it before, but apparently it’s built in LA.
Pretty. Windscreen is too raked for my taste but I can see why they did it.
Hi, Sven and Gentle Mac.
Hello Anonymous!!! Good to see you!
Here’s a song for Gentle Mac before I go to sleep. It’s been a while since I’ve left this one. (You should hear them do Gunga Din & Annabelle Lee!) Good night, Friends.
Thank you, my Gentle Friend.
The latest outrage from the Rittenhouse trial: the Judge said something along the lines of I hope the Asian food we ordered for lunch isn’t late. That’s it’s not stuck on a boat in Long Beach.
Clutch my pearls and hope I don’t faint.
