What a delight to see that Harper (!!1!) got firsties! I will look forward to reading your proposed book, madam; very punny title.
Hi also to Sven!
So… I’m glad you went that far, tbh.
It’s part of my schtick. 😉
Just returned a call we got yesterday from a lawbaw in Ohio representing the insurer for the (arguably) worst of the Hell’s Half-Acre HOA homeowners. I asked why he called us instead of communicating in writing; he said he was just following-up on their (sub-literate) 11/17/20 letter.
I informed him we had responded promptly via electronic mail and certified mail (the “Dear Tertiary Syphilis Victims” letter) and suggested he might wish to actually review the file he likely has stacked on his desk regarding this matter prior to any subsequent communications with JimCo.
I love the smell of juridical (my new word for the day) napalm in the morning. 👿
Dunno ’bout that; his employer seems to be a collection agency masquerading as a law firm. The money they’re trying to extort from JimCo actually went from State Farm directly to a collection agency without State Farm making a claim against JimCo’s insurer or filing suit against us. (As we have a damned good case this was a construction defect which was in violation of CA building codes. Took me days of research to find the applicable statutes, but I finally did.)
Don’t know how the shysters acquired this fakey-pretend debt from the collection agency. The fact this law firm somehow acquired said “debt” from bottom-feeders is not precisely flattering to them.
After watching Brandon stumble and mumble his way through his day again, I felt a bit mean spirited for mocking him. This is an old man, not a good old man from what I can tell, but still an old man deserving of some measure of respect and consideration.
Yeah, he’s a terrible POTUS and may do irreparable harm to our country -- he’s an old man with dementia running around at 3:00 in the morning with a loaded shotgun and screaming at imaginary beings -- but the ones that are even worse are the ones that keep him in office -- like his wife.
I can’t understand why someone hasn’t sat him down, told him he did his job, which was to keep Trump from being reelected, and now it’s time to resign and get some welcome rest up in Delaware.
Elder abuse is not pretty. “Doctor” Jilly is looking pretty bad. Every time she sits next to him on a stage and does her “Supportive Wife” shtick I can barely look at her. Preening as she uses that man’s tired old body as a prop and making a buffoon out of his carcass.
Firsties!
Happy affirmation Friday, my friends!
Someday I plan to write a book entitled:
SQUIRREL TEA
A CAUTIONARY TAIL
Good morning, Sven!
Happy Friday, GN! and GOOD MORNING Miss Harper! Wonderful to see you.
Good to see you, too, Sir.
Squirrel Tea -- A Cautionary Tail is a great children’s book title. If children even read books anymore.

I’m sure that lawbaw is used to charging for both reading letters and making phone calls, then charging for re-reading the letters.

Good morning, Harper!, Sven, and Fatwa!

If you give a squirrel some tea…
he’s going to want a scone to go with it…
The Gentle Lady makes wonderful scones.
I’m sure she does!

That is what evil looks like.
To all, a good night, GN
We still have Libertarian Marc with us. it’s been a nice visit even though I had to work my two long days in the middle.
Tonight we all spent the evening listening to music and talking about stuff. Pretty good times.
