Sven -- I agree in re the Santa Anas. We should be having rain, not hot winds.
At 8 a.m. this morning workers at a house just down the hill started jack-hammering in the back yard. I assume they’re working on the pool deck. Who knows, maybe they’re removing the pool. The house sold in early December and the roll-off container on the street is already full of debris. My guess is that this is going to be another flip.
Today, I stayed up late enough to get to the pharmacy. While I was there, I bought some sale rack items. I bought a couple different types of gluten free cookies.
Not on purpose.
The Chocolate Chip ones were suboptimal.
the shortbread almond ones were actually pretty good--just regular shortbread made with rice flour. nothing too strange or disgusting.
