We’ve been visited by ants recently, so I mixed up some triazinone this morning and sprayed around the outside of the house. Hopefully that will take care of the problem for a couple of months.
102 here with a “feels like” of 107. We’ve had plenty of thunder, but only a few drops of rain. The storm cell slid past us. I definitely don’t feel like doing any work outside or in the garage.

Strange how that works, isn’t it? CNN even tried to lessen the impact by changing the color of the background lighting from red to magenta.

We’ve had two scorpions inside the house this week, but no ants.
Went outside, thought I’d get some work done around the place -- 108 degrees -- I lasted about half an hour.
