I’ve grown tired of Trump and his antics. In 2016, I voted for him reluctantly, whereas in 2020 I voted enthusiastically. If he is the nominee next year, I’ll slide back to reluctant.
Happy Gothic Tuesday, Gerbil Nation!
Good morning, Sven!
Sven -- I agree with you regarding Trump. If he was just pointing out the problems with the far left and helping to bring good candidates to the fore, then I wouldn’t mind. But he’s running for President and it doesn’t appear that he’s solved the problem of picking the wrong set of advisers.
That is potentially good news on the 2A front. Of course Bonta will appeal and who knows what the 9th Circus will do.
There is more chance of it moving up to SCOTUS than in past years, that is true. I don’t see how any fair reading of current 2A SCOTUS rulings could end with anything other than a permanent injunction, but judges often surprise me with their odd takes on the law.
Gargoyles. You can never have enough of them.
Good morning, GN. Rain and wind on tap for today.

Some good news out of California, but we’ll see where it goes.

My thought is it ends up at SCOTUS regardless. Still, a good win for now.
