Morning. I was so tired after a much longer than normal Monday night at work that I slept pretty much through Tuesday night until it was time to go to work again.
The painters have been painting for the last two days, and it looks like they’re not quite done yet. Maybe one more day? I’m not sure, maybe they have to do multiple coats. Most of it looks done that I can see, but the scaffolds are still up. And of course, my backyard is a mess again : )
no, just outside, in the back. It’s an attached townhouse, They only have front and back. And the “sides” of each building are essentially the “front” of the two end units. So essentially, there are only Fronts and Backs, and no sides.
It sounds like multidimensional magic that can only come about via an association fee.
Happy Wednesday, Gerbil Nation!
Good morning, Sven, and dv8 (and Harper!)!
dv8 -- hopefully the painting is going well and you can get your backyard back.
One of Mrs. Paddy’s uncles and their family are moving back to Massachusetts to be with their daughter as she works on her doctorate. They showed us pictures of the house they’re renting -- a beautifully restored 1909 farm house with about 2300 sq. ft. of living space. Zillow’s estimate in the value of the house is $503k. Something like that would be closer to $2 million out here.
Yup. I’m still drawn to the prices in New Hampshire. And the Free State Project ish ness of the state. It’s interesting. Still sounds promising. But, are we too old to move?
Mid-week. OK. Good morning, GN.

Were they doing the whole house and interior or exterior, Dv8?

By the way, the NH prices are very attractive, esp. the small towns.
