In re the thread pic: a friend from high school runs a sanctuary for abandoned domestic ducks and geese. The ducks are friendly and cuddly, but the geese not so much. He has one that he’s named Goosifer that will attack anyone who wanders through the sanctuary.
From what I’ve heard, geese make good security animals.
Holding up OK here, Paddy. Couple of power interruptions, but nothing major. Yet. More than 9 inches of fairly steady rain over the weekend. Slight break now, but that’s not supposed to last. Looks like another 36 hours of this stuff. How are you down south?
We missed a lot of yesterday’s rain as the southernmost edge brushed by us. We didn’t start getting heavy rain until dinner time. Our total for the weekend has only been 3 inches.
