I thought it was a PSA on how to munch carpet. My mistake.

A blessed Sabbath, Gerbil Nation!
Good morning, Sven!

Mrs. Paddy and I went to a baseball game last night. It was Star Wars Night and the Angels have not won a game since they started having this yearly event, many years ago. So let’s just say that we weren’t expecting to win. We also weren’t expecting to get blown out, 16-5. That was a rough game.

Since I had the costume dry cleaned, I thought, why not?

I was looking on Amazon for a cordless nail gun. Saw this in one product spec/description and chuckled.

【 】KIMO cordless brad nail has no cords, no limits. The nail gun battery-powered can be used in places with no available outlet. Besides, a fully cordless design eliminates the need for air compressors, horses, or costly gas cartridges. Moreover, The motor design of the18 gauge nail gun provides consistent firing power into various materials and climate conditions.

It’s good to know that with the KIMO, you can fire brads under various climate conditions, and without horses.

Interesting, but I’m still confused about the whole “stolen land” thing.

3. For those of us who are not Indigenous (and to this land), we recognize our role as visitors and for many of us, settlers, on this land. We camp with an accute [SIC] awareness that we do so on colonized Tongva Land. We also recognize that this racist displacement has continued with USC occupying the community of and displacing the Black and Brown South Central Community.

If us white people stole the land from the Tongvas and then the “Black and Brown South Central Community” settled on that original Tongva stolen land, and then us white people stole it again from them, arent the blacks and browns as much colonizers as us white people and equally as guilty? I also wonder who the Tongva stole the land from.

Ain’t nobody indigenous to North or South America. Everyone was a settler, conqueror, or colonizer. The preceding is also true of most of the rest of the globe.
