At least no puns.

I meant that as an observation, not an invitation.

It’s amazing to me that the Secret Service can disable a business’ security system, break into their building, leave it a mess, and then not lock it back up when they leave -- all, ostensibly, to use its bathroom. And then all they have to do is apologize and maybe pay for some damages.

The person she spoke with at the Secret Service confirmed that the woman who taped over the Ring camera at about 8:12 a.m. July 27 was with the agency. She also said the agency offered to pay to have the salon cleaned and pay for any damages, and also pay for the business’ private alarm bill “because it was going off for so long.”

This is a crime. It might very well be a crime committed under the color of authority. Someone needs to be arrested.

Amazing. Just. Amazing.
I seriously doubt that the local police will arrest the woman who taped over the camera and broke into the salon. I doubt even more that the local prosecutor will press charges. I have even more doubts that the DOJ will charge the agent. Will someone get a stern talking to? Maybe.
