Supposed to be a little cooler today, which is welcome news. The Canyon Fire is well north of us, but the air here is smokey.

It’s definitely cooler today (yesterday hit 101 F), which is a goodness. Mrs. Paddy is back to driving, so we’ll split the grocery runs.
Good on Mrs. Paddy -- she’s a quick healer.
Watched Godzilla Minus One -- a surprisingly entertaining movie -- a throwback to the 60’s Godzilla movies.
We watched that a few months ago. I liked it more than any other Godzilla movie I have watched. I recognized the planes and ships and they are rarely seen. I have always loved the lines of Japanese destroyers.
